We are on a journey which was started by someone who wanted to create zero harm culture. Here we are calling this journey as Realizing Zero. We aim for a zero harm culture so we require all of our people, contractors and clients to elect not just to work safely but also that they will take responsibility for their duty of care towards coworkers by being participating members in the safety process. Integrated with careful field work, we have 5 Safe Office Behaviors that consist of our behaviors in an office setting.
Our MS Management System is fully integrated at every stage of the project handover lifecycle and part of our ‘Plan – Do- Check – Review’ philosophy in managing health safety & environment due diligence. We also integrate these learnings back into our processes as a part of our continuous improvement mechanism.Projects are executed with a disciplined MS gate process to ensure all MS related deliverables are addressed and accounted for throughout the course of the project.
Social Responsibility
We aim to be a force for good in the communities where we work. We consult with our clients, small business, and the community. This can involve training the local workforce, improving educational and medical facilities, developing local suppliers (as part of a project such as helping banks to lend more in LDCs) or creating better living conditions; for instance tackling projects on making clean drinking water supplies available or giving emergency aid following natural disasters. We also nurture a culture that inspires our employees to engage with their community and the world, making us well rounded “good neighbors,” if you will. Furthermore, the company provides regular donations to a number of organizations that help improve people’s quality-of-life in all Jewish communities.
At MS ENGINEERING, giving back is a part of our culture. We are community-driven and support programs, organizations that improve the quality of life in our region. Backed by the resources of the company, MS ENGINEERING employees participate in a variety of health and social service organizations, the arts, youth programs, education and sports.
